In this project, I experimented with different paper and printer on the thematic of memories : what is a memory ? Can we transform it ? Can we re-invent memories ? The printing of a laser printer polyester through an ink-jet printer does not fixate colours. The hues become less sharp, they rub off, fuse and try to disappear progressively.
Macroscopic photography enables me to fix details before the colours fade. These pictures represent photographs of my travels in Thailand, Sri Lanka and China. I pixelate the photographs to create abstract composition, to illustrate the disparition of the memory, and how they can create new outputs.
